張傑，1971年生，遼甯省新民市人，博士，教授，博士後，碩士研究生導師，畢業于中國科學院沈陽應用生态研究所微生物學專業，2003年7月--2021年7月在中國農業科學院蘭州獸醫研究所從事預防獸醫學科研工作，于2012年5月--2013年5在美國明尼蘇達大學獸醫學院訪學，多次參加國際學術會議，并做報告。國際學術期刊 《Journal of Veterinary Research》 編委會委員,曾擔任國家自然科學基金同行評審專家和國家科技獎網評專家。

一直緻力于動物傳染病防控科研工作，先後主持國家自然科學基金面上項目2項、國家國際科技合作項目1項，中波、中俄、中匈和中國南非政府間科技合作各1項，省重點項目3項，主譯著作1本，以第一和通訊作者發表SCI論文30餘篇，以第一發明人獲得國家發明專利6項，培養博士生、碩士生共計22名，國際留學生2名。
